    Maybe my rating will change. This is the worst utility department I've ever seen. Their online account is pointless. I paid less for water when I lived in the damn desert. At least in the desert the online account shows me HOW the bill was calculated. At hoke county all you get is a bill without any breakdown of costs. Absolutely ridiculous. It's 2018 for hell's sake. Get it together.

    Every month I call the utility office to pay my bill asking them how much I owe them. For the past 3 months they have been telling me the minimum due and because of this my bill got to high and my water got turned off. On top of not having water for the night I then have to pay $25 for to get my water turned back on. I was told be a lady in the office if you want to to know the entire amount due you have to ask “what is my total account due”
